Because Herby Village products are consumable food products, we’re unable to accept returns of tea, herbs, botanicals, or other food products. This helps us maintain proper food-safety and quality standards, since products that have left our control cannot be restocked or resold.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Because taste and personal preference can vary, we generally cannot provide refunds simply because a customer does not enjoy the flavor of a product.
